How Megan found the Nudist Lifestyle

How Megan found the Nudist Lifestyle

When a relationship ends, it can be hard. Whether you think it was for the best or not, you feel sad and find yourself with lots of time spare because of the void they’ve left.

Megan Marie (AKA holdon2yerbutts) decided to use that time to start doing something new after a string of unsuccessful relationships – and took up naked hiking. Megan started posing nude pics of herself in stunning locations to make her former lovers “jealous”, but soon found herself falling in love with the unusual outdoor hobby.

Just another example of someone falling in love with the Nudist lifestyle.

How Twitter Became the Number One Social Network for Nudists

Since Martin Belcher, a 50-year-old customer-services adviser based in the U.K., joined Twitter in 2012, he’s tweeted out thousands of naked photos of himself hiking, gardening, reading, eating, and watering his lawn. His nearly 3,000 followers respond by favoriting, retweeting, and frequently sharing nude photos of their own.

Thinking about Nudism? Here’s how to get started.

Thinking about Nudism? Here’s how to get started.

I found an article Published by Stella Cordes, better known “A Naked Girl” that give some tips on how to start naturism.

The best line from the article is:

“When it’s just you, free of any clothes, labels of presuppositions, there is not really anything left to hide. And without waxing lyrical on ‘be who you are’, there is little other opportunity for such a direct way to do so.”

Want to Be Happier? Take Your Clothes Off
Science says nudity could make you feel better about your body and your life

I know I am happier when I am naked around other people. In fact, some of the nicest people I have meet in my life have been at Nudist events and clubs. There has been a study done by Goldsmiths, University of London that being naked around other people might make you happier.

Researchers surveyed 849 people and found that those who had spent time in the nude outdoors or with other people reported they were happier, felt better about their bodies, and had higher self-esteem than those who didn’t shed their clothes.

Paris Jackson Gardens Naked To Get In Touch With Nature

Paris Jackson Gardens Naked To Get In Touch With Nature

Paris Jackson stated on Instagram that she likes feeling connected to “mama gaia” and finds that nudity is how she feels connected to humanity.

i’ll say it again for those questioning what i stand for and how i express myself. nudity started as a movement for ‘going back to nature’, ‘expressing freedom’, ‘being healthier’ and was even called a philosophy. being naked is part of what makes us human. for me it helps me feel more connected to mama gaia. i’m usually naked when i garden. it’s actually a beautiful thing and you don’t have to make it sexual the way many hollywood stars (and the media) do. not only is your body a temple and should be worshipped as so, but also part of feminism is being able to express yourself in your own way, whether it’s being conservative and wearing lots of clothes or showing yourself. there’s different ways of absorbing mother earth’s energy, my favorites are earthing which is absorbing the earths vibrations from contact between the soil and your bare feet, as well as letting your naked skin absorb the rays of the sun. the human body is a beautiful thing and no matter what “flaws” you have, whether it be scars, or extra weight, stretch marks, freckles, whatever, it is beautiful and you should express yourself however you feel comfortable. if this makes some of you upset i completely understand and i encourage you to maybe no longer follow me, but i cannot apologize for this in any way. it is who i am and i refuse to shy away and keep my beliefs a secret. every one as an opinion and every one has their beliefs. we don’t always agree with one another and that’s okay. but again, we are all human, and to appreciate the things that other people do that make us human helps us feel connected. how can that be a bad thing?

Heidi Klum A Naturist? I Think Yes.

Heidi Klum A Naturist? I Think Yes.

Is Heidi Klum a Naturist? I think this is why she is.

There are pictures of her being free and topless on nude beaches. She seems very comfortable being nude. Here are a few of those photos.

Heidi Klum A Naturist? I Think Yes. Heidi Klum A Naturist? I Think Yes.

Yes, these photos where taken by the paparazzi, but she does look happy and not really caring who sees here in a natural state. A few years back she posted a selfie on twitter catching some rays the Naturist way

Heidi Klum A Naturist? I Think Yes.

She was also quoted in September 2007 in an interview by InStyle saying…

“My parents were free about nudity, and we are too. I’d like our children to feel unashamed of whatever shape they are. People should worry about other things.”

My conclusion is that Heidi Klum is a naturist like us. What are your thoughts?

Nudist couple get engaged naked in front of 400 strangers

Nudist couple get engaged naked in front of 400 strangers

“It’s important to feel completely free, entirely yourself, on your wedding day. It’s all about you and the person you love.

The same goes for your engagement. It should be tailored to you, so it feels special, personal.

So naturally, a couple bonded by their love for nudism would get engaged completely naked, while on stage in front of 400 strangers. Why not?

Nigel Seymour, 57, popped the question to Rachel Allen, 28, while both we naked and on stage at a British Naturism weekend in Staffordshire.

The couple had only been dating for six months, having met at a retreat and bonded while playing naked table tennis.

It was a whirlwind romance, helped in no small part by their enjoyment of being without clothing.

Rachel grew up around naturism, so it’s always felt normal to her. For Nigel, however, it took him until he was 40 to start shedding his clothes, in a move to tackle his issues around body image.

‘I’d been bullied throughout school, because of my weight, and eventually got to the point where I thought, “If I don’t do something now, I never will”,’ explains Nigel.” – From Metro News
